新型非亲核镁电解质的性能研究
  

摘要:可充电镁电池被广泛认为是后锂电池时代最有希望的候选者之一。然而,镁电解质的有限性能一直是开发高能量密度可充电Mg电池的主要技术障碍。众所周知,非亲核HMDSMg-AlCl3镁电解质与镁/硫电池相容,但性能差,限制了其应用。在这项研究中,我们研究了HMDSMg-AlCl3镁电解质的适用性。该电解质在镁的可逆沉积和剥离上展现了良好的电化学性能,Mg/S电池和Mg/ Mo6S8表现出良好的长循环性能,表明电解质具有良好的适用性。

Abstract:Rechargeable magnesium battery is widely regarded as one of the most promising candidates for post-lithium batteries era. However, the limited performance of Mg2+ electrolytes was a primary technical hurdle to develop high energy density rechargeable Mg batteries. It is well known that non-nucleophilic HMDS-AlCl3 magnesium electrolyte is compatible with magnesium/sulfur battery, but the poor performance restricting its application. In this study, we investigated the applicability of HMDS-AlCl3 magnesium electrolyte. The electrolyte exhibited good electrochemical performance for reversible deposition and stripping of Mg, the Mg/S cell and Mg/Mo6S8 showed a good long cycle performance, indicating the good compatibility of the electrolyte.
