环己烯催化精馏水合制备环己醇系统响应特征分析
  

摘要:环己醇是一种重要的有机化工产品,本文建立了一种加入助溶剂的环己烯催化精馏水合生产环己醇工艺。主要针对催化精馏塔进行了分析,希望可以为后续控制策略的研究提供基础,首先通过Aspen Plus Dynamics软件建立动态模型,并进行了RD塔有机相回流比、RD塔再沸器热负荷、进料流量三个操作变量扰动下的产品纯度和产量的动态分析。结果表明环己醇产量和纯度对于RD塔再沸器热负荷和RD塔有机相回流比的响应比较灵敏。其次,通过开环灵敏性分析和奇异值分解分析的方法对RD塔单温度控制方案和双温度控制方案的灵敏板位置进行了分析,单温控制和双温控制的结果一致,第7块板温度可由有机相回流比控制,第17块板温度可由再沸器热量输入控制。双温控制的条件数为1.25,表明双温度控制方案从稳态角度看是可行的。

Abstract: Cyclohexanol is a commonly used organic compound. In this paper, a three-column process for catalytic distillation applicable in the hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexanol was established. The analysis was mainly performed on the catalytic distillation column, hoping to provide a basis data for the control scheme research. First, a dynamic model was established by Aspen Plus Dynamics software, and analysis the Dynamic response of product purity and yield under the disturbance of three manipulate variables. The three manipulate variable are the organic phase reflux ratio of the RD column, the heat input of the RD column reboiler and the feed flow.The results showed that the response sensitivity of the system to the heat input of the RD column reboiler and the reflux ratio of the organic phase of the RD tower is high. Secondly, open-loop sensitivity analysis and singular value decomposition analysis were applied to select the temperature control tray of the RD tower, including the temperature control tray for single-ended control and dual-ended control.The results of single-ended control and dual-ended control were the same. This suggests that stage 7 can be controlled by the organic reflux ratio and stage 17 by the reboiler heat input.The condition number of the dual-ended control is 1.25, so a dual-ended control should be feasible, at least from the steady-state point of view.
